I have launched this exploratory campaign not out of a sense of duty to self, but from a sense of duty to the people of our State Senate District.
Right now, youth programs are being cut, public schools are in crisis, and peoples’ trust in their own government is at an all time low. If our district is going to receive any support from the state in the coming years, we need trusted and experienced leadership in the State Senate, free of distraction.

For a long time, we have seen two Connecticuts exist at once. For the ultra-wealthy, life is going pretty well. The federal government works to make them richer, and the state government works hard to protect their interests. Meanwhile, in working communities like ours, federal policies drain resources, and some state leaders appear more focused on personal gain than public service.
For the past four years, I’ve fought for working families in the 5th House District, with a strong focus on students, parents, and workers in our neighborhood schools.
I’m proud to be known for leading with integrity, honesty, and a sense of duty to deliver real results for our community.
